Manor ISD currently serves more than 9,000 students and is expected to grow significantly in the next 10 years. With state funding for public education continuing to shrink, the Schoolhouse Foundation’s purpose is to benefit teachers and students in the district by providing funds for educational programs and activities not covered by the district’s operating budget.
“Across our nation, resources for public schools are never quite enough to meet the needs of our students and teachers. That’s particularly true in Manor.”
- Lissa Adams, Manor Schoolhouse Foundation President
